• Description

  Ishkander is a tall, fairly muscled man with a broad set of chest and shoulders that constantly has a furrowed browed, angered look on his face, and eyes hard and cold like his temper. His face is sharp and strong, a strong, fine jawline, and a sharp pointed nose, with harsh eyes. As typical for a mage, he wears silk robes with eccentric designs on them, the colors never changing too much from blues, silvers, white, back, purple’s and teal colors . When the ever the cooler season comes around, he normally alters into heavier robbery, or will wear a cloak of one color or another. He wears silver chain around his neck that holds a small wedding ring, white-gold lined around the thin band with diamonds and inside is inscribed, ‘forever’. The only times he removes it is to bathe, and even then, he keeps the item close at hand.

• Personaility

  Ishkander has a cold, angered outlook on life. He isn’t particularly a pleasant man, rather, he is cruel, if anything. He does not hold respect for Kings or Queens, nor people below him either. He does not even bother to take part in anything the lower class do, not caring about their petty lives as long as they were safe and not getting up in his business. Ishkander typically distances himself from people, and almost always will decline helping unless there is a reward or ay involved, seeing as he doesn’t like working free. Most small favours are declined- or scoffed at and told to do them yourself. He’s has a decent temper, surprisingly, and it does not just snap, rather, it slowly degrades over time. It will only ever snap if you push the wrong buttons. Ishkander is not afraid to speak his mind in front of even the king, insulting and making fun of freely without a single care. Towards someone who he loves, or takes interest in, he does show a softer, more relaxed side than he would to others, being calm and collect, relaxed and even gentle with them. He is protective, and will say what he thinks is right, and will only stop them if he thinks what they are doing is a terrible mistake. His temper tends to also last longer with those he fancies or cares for. He does, still, though, like to poke, tease and play around. Ishkander is not one to smile often, and is some-what of few words. He will admit if he does not have knowledge of something but when it comes to understand, he does not admit it until he is beyond frustrated with what it is. At times, his hate and anger for/towards one can get in the way of logic, and out rule it, issues to arise.

  Ishkander doesn’t mind reading in his spare time, though more often than not he has paper work to do. Ishkander goes on walks in the back of his property which has a large part of the forest that is on the back of the city he lives in behind it. Living alone, he has no real hobbies, no real interests to keep him well focused through long days, but he survives.

• Dislikes

  Ishkander absolutely hates the king- and has always done so- just not ever seeing eye to eye with any of the men. He doesn’t particularly like anyone, to be honest. He is not an extremely social person. People are more afraid of him, than anything thanks to the way he acts and treats people. He doesn’t particularly care too much for Summer. He could care less for a vast majority of the regular foods out there, but he will eat it anyway considering food that he’d eat is hard to get away with eating.

• Powers/Talents/Strengths

  Being an Arch Battle Mage, Ishkander has a great deal of spells in his arsenal, and skills surrounding magic. He specializes in destruction and defence. Most of his spells either defend himself or destroy and bring down opponents. Spell casting takes away energy, but due to how long he has been at it, and how trained for this he is, he can keep up spell fighting for a extremely long period, afterwards though he’d need a good rest. He has no idea how to use his magic to heal , and does not care to know either. He is physically a strong individual as well, able to take down warriors. He is skilled in the use of staves and two-handed swords, that is all, and his usage of swords is rusty. He has the ability to sing, but his voice is deeper, and calming, meant for slower paced singing. He is no cook, nor artist, or musician. All his skills are strictly work . Most of his robes have been enchanted to be able to withstand certain amounts of magical damage- battle robes more than common ones, but only to a certain point will the robe protect him.

• Fears

  For what had happened before to occur again. Having to deal with everything that had happened to him once, to happen once more. He is scared of sleeping and having the haunting nightmares that plague his mind about what had happened.

• Weaknesses

  Ishkander has a extremely high weakness to any holy magic, white magic, or light magic, being a demon. As for any usual weaponry, it will wound him as it would anyone else, but blessed weaponry will do far more damage to him. Due to a case of insomnia, at times, he is a bit slow, and easier to get a hit on. Lack of nutrition from an eating problem causes him to at times, become rather slow and unable to function quickly and properly and spell cast nearly as much as he normally can. Healing magic, seeing as most of it is holy, does not work on him, rather, it makes any wound worse, and so, more often than not, if Ishkander is wounded in battle, he’d have to retreat and wait for his recovery time to pass if he doesn’t get killed thanks to the wound while on the field.
